1. General Policy
At qurban.us, we understand that circumstances can change. We strive to be as flexible as possible with our refund policy while ensuring that we can fulfill our commitments to the communities we serve.
2. Cancellations Before Sacrifice Period
If you wish to cancel your donation before the Qurbani season begins (before the 10th of Dhul Hijjah), you may request a full refund. Please contact us at least 7 days before the sacrifice period to ensure we can process your cancellation in time.
3. Cancellations During Sacrifice Period
Once the sacrifice period has begun (10th of Dhul Hijjah), we cannot guarantee cancellations as preparations will have already been made. Refunds during this period are assessed on a case-by-case basis at our discretion.
4. After Sacrifice is Performed
No refunds can be issued after your Qurbani has been performed. You will receive a distribution report with photos as confirmation that your donation has been fulfilled.
5. Technical Issues
If a duplicate payment occurs due to a technical error, we will provide a full refund for the duplicate charge. If you experience any payment issues, please contact us immediately at support@qurban.us.
6. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@qurban.us with your reference number, full name, and the reason for your request. We aim to process all refund requests within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
